Like most places Tenerife has shit parts and other parts are excellent. All depends what you're after.
The Tenerife I go to offers cheap sunshine, cheap beer, first class hotels, lovely beaches, excellent restaurants, theme parks as good as you find in the USA and of course a decent full English.
Big mob of West Ham going in December for a well known fans 60th, can't wait.

Having never been there before, I'm thinking of maybe going in Jan/Feb for some winter sun.
Any recommendations on a 'nice' part to go to? By that I mean away from the toursists, pikeys, screaming kids and Northerners.

Stayed there years ago a mate pulled a Dutch bird at the bar when I went over to speak to him she had her elbow on the bar and I could see her hairy armpit and she stank of BO. Didn't stop him shagging her later. Next day I joked with him about her armpits and he said I know when I was giving her doggy she had skid marks on her arse, but I still got down and plated her!
